Just down from the Lake House, you will be able to enjoy the music from the live bands drifting down the shoreline. Unobstructed view of the historic Skenoh Island, the smallest NY State Park and birthplace of the Seneca Nation. You can see the Canandaigua City Pier and it's iconic boat houses just beyond.

The upper floor has another king sized bedroom with en-suite bathroom. This bed has a softer mattress to snuggle up and watch the sun rise over the lake. There is a sofa to get away, curl up with a good book or your coffee while enjoying the lake vista. There is also a smaller desk so you can close off the rest of the house for your important Zoom meetings or private phone calls. The 2nd upstairs bedroom is multi-functional with 2 twin daybeds that each have their own twin size trundle beds. This large room also has a plush sectional sofa, Smart TV and nook with small desk and bookshelves full of games for those rainy days or lazy evenings.

The 2nd floor is finished off with a loft area with large executive desk that overlooks the dining area and views of the Lake beyond. The laptop friendly bistro table allows you to have your morning coffee or play games while over looking the lake from the loft.
