Farmhouse sink from 1940 when the schoolhouse was converted to a residence. Custom cabinetry. This room was originally part of the wood shed!

Bathroom with large vanity, updated plumbing and stand up shower. Notice the wood rectangle over the toilet? We uncovered the handwriting on the wall! What did that school girl say she wanted her name to be? This was originally the wood shed.

2 queen sized beds. one has a memory foam mattress and the other has a standard coil spring mattress for your choice of firmness. Each bed also has 2 soft and 2 medium firmness pillows.

We live just over the crest of the mountain and generally are available for questions or suggestions.
Rural area with space between residences for privacy. Across the road from HiTor State Forest for hiking, biking, mountaineering, exploring and more.
Hiking trails, waterfalls, fishing spots, skiing and scenic overviews abound in the area.
Close to the Village of Naples with the annual Grape Fest, grape pies, you-pick grapes, largest open-air market in the area and local shops.
Best to have your own transportation and GPS.

We have environmental monitors that monitor air quality, moisture, temperature and noise monitoring. This is so we can monitor the property when no one is there as we don't live on site.
Being a good neighbor is of utmost importance.
No parties or events.
No animals of any kind so we can preserve the historic significance of this property.
