Concierge Services

NY State has a Cottage Exemption allowing single family properties being rented for transient occupancy to waive sales tax if they are not providing a service. Services are defined as house cleaning, food, toiletries and other like services included in the rental fee. At Haven, we'd prefer to see you spend your money locally on services, products or experiences. We recognize that many of our guests check-in late after a long day of work and/or travel. We know that the last thing you want to do is stop at the store to buy groceries or toiletries. So we are introducing our Concierge Services. 

Grocery and Toiletry pick up and delivery. We will provide you with a list of stores where you can place an online order we will pick up and deliver to your rental for a nominal fee. So all you have to do is arrive and relax!

Baby Gear. FLX Baby Gear has quality, clean baby gear available for rent. Full size wooden cribs, pack n plays, high chairs, car seats, soft play sets, water tables, toy packages and more. Contact us today. If your order delivery can be coordinated with the cleaning prior to your arrival, your delivery fees will be waived!
