The gourmet kitchen is stocked with all of the accoutrements you need to prepare a nourishing home cooked meal. Utilize the grill located steps from the sun room and back yard or order from one of the many nearby restaurants for a quiet night in. Each floor has a primary bedroom, full bathroom and guest room. Upper level guest bedroom has a queen sized bed, lower level guest bedroom has twin sized bunk beds. Upper level has a half bathroom. Hot water on demand system ensures you never run out of hot water. Lower level has a play room equipped with toys. Perfect layout for 2 families vacationing together! Handicap accessible with entrance and all amenities on upper floor. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
