Known as "Hearthstone" House this charming historic lake house was built in 1835. The wide board floors and low ceilings give it a cozy farmhouse feel but with modern amenities like central air conditioning. Fantastic lake views from every room. Spectacular waterfront (175 feet) has a stone fireplace and two wade in natural beaches. There are four kayaks and sunfish sailboat available for your use. Rent a larger boat down the road at the marina or bring your own and park it at the private waterfront dock.
Large back yard offers plenty of room for the kids to play. A private lake view patio is nestled off the kitchen and is a relaxing spot to drink your morning coffee or enjoy a meal with the family. Relax by the hot tub with views of Canandaigua Lake. Gather on the large, enclosed porch - play a game, read a book, or gaze over the lake. The game room offers a TV, billiards table and darts. There is a couch and murphy bed in here as well. Hookup your laptop
computer to the office workstation with monitors, keyboard and mouse if you need to work a little.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-six percent (96.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
